You cannot.. You can add her to the title, but not the loan.. the only way to be on the loan would be to apply and meet all eligibility requirements.. But you can add her to the title.. First the loan closes in your name and then you can have title record a new deed the next day in both names.. so long as you remain on the title, there will be no issues.
