You cannot add or remove anyone from a "Mortgage" without refinancing, selling or paying off your loan.. you can however remove or add someone to the deed, so long as one of the original signers remain on title, you shouldn't have a problem..I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
