How can I pull out equity from an investment property?
Any option on how to pull out equity out of an investment property? The rental is tenant occupied and the rate is 3.375%. Cash out refinance is out of the question since I have a great rate. Helocs are tough to find on rental properties. You just may have to weight the benefit of what the cash is for vs the higher rate for a standard refi.
