Pretty simple actually, just need your application information and check your credit. The complicated part comes if there are any unusual aspects to your income, assest, credit, etc. I can help: pdumouchel@primelending.com or 843-619-6025 http://pdumouchel.primelending.com **PrimeLending was #4 purchase mortgage lender in the US in 2012 and 2013 as determined by MarketTrac(c) for Jan-Dec 2012 & 2013

The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi George! I true Pre approval will require the review of your income ( 2 years Federal Tax returns and w-2's, most current 1 month's paystubs and 60 days of most current bank statements showing your assets. Retirement accounts, if quarterly, the most current quarter. Will also need your VA eligibility as well. You can then receive a true pre approval. Just giving information over the phone and a credit pull is considered a pre qualification. Most Realtors prefer the pre approval. For more information or if you need a pre approval you can contact me at pete.bass@everbank.com

Need to talk with a local lender that will take an application from you to figure out your approval amount and request needed documents from you. Typically they will ask for w2's pay stubs your certificate of eligibility and the such

You need to speak with a local loan officer who provides VA loans. Complete an application and provide your income and asset documentation for review. Then the loan officer can present you with your available loan options. Best wishes, Sean
