Contact a local real estate agent or a title company.. they can assist you *(for a fee).. As far as an "Option to Purchase".. I would be very cautions.. You have to ask yourself.. in this market, when homes are selling within hours of hitting the market, why would a seller offer seller financing??? In 99% of the instances, it's because it benefits the seller.. not the buyer.. The property might not qualify for conforming financing.. they might be asking more than it's worth.. There's even a strategy where an investor offers a home via seller financing, but in reality, they are doing a lease with the option to purchase.. which is just a fancy word to say a "Lease".. and if you don't make your lease payment on time, you can be evicted.. no foreclosure necessary.. I would be very cautious when dealing directly with a seller in this scenario.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
