There are many sources, however none will be as accurate as a full up appraisal. Zillow.com, Trulia.com, your county assessor's office, local title companies, even local real estate agents will give you a ball park.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

In order to know exactly and for certain you need an appraisal...everything else is just an ballpark number.

An appraisal is the only accurate way to find out. Otherwise you can try and find out about comparable homes in your area that sold within the last three months. What are you looking to do?
