How can I find a company in Michigan that will do a FHA construction to permanent loan?

Good morning. Be advised that FHA does not do constructions loans. FHA does however insure the end loan. You would need to find a local bank who would be willing to do a construction loan with the understanding that you have already been pre-approved for an FHA insured home loan upon completion.
