i'd like to know how much i'm paying in interest versus principal by looking at my amortzation to figure out an eventual refinance plan. is this something the lender would provide me with? by ursulakopp8786897 from Elkridge, Maryland. Jul 7th 2014
Your lender can provide this for you, but it's possible they would charge you as well. Also, most closing agents include in your packet an amortization schedule as part of your final paperwork, so it's likely you already have it.. You can also download an amortization calculator for your computer or any smart phone or tablet.. type in your loan details, and you should be able to see where your at now and where you will be at during future payments.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Here is a previous article from Lender411 on this topic which should also be helpful. Good luck! http://www.lender411.com/amortization/
