So many factor need to be considered to answer this question that it would probably be best to contact your Mortgage Broker, if you don't have someone you work with contact me at 786-285-2041 or email me at andrea.mccormick@supremelending.com. You need to make sure the property you choose is eligible in addition to criteria which would make this a good fit for you.
HomePath is 3% down, no mortgage insurance, but it's only available on HomePath Homes.. The interest rate is higher, however the overall payment will be lower than going FHA or conventional. Since HomePath is a conventional product, you will need higher credit scores to qualify.. FHA allows for 3.5% down, and you can use this financing on just about any home...I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

That will depend on many factors.
