I was looking on a map to see usda areas in califorinia but could not zoom into to really see the cutoffs. I may move to Adelanto. Either way hoping the usda mortgage with no down payment would work for me in these cities. Or a neatrby city if not? by carsonstotch8462293 from Hesperia, California. Oct 14th 2014
Unfortunately it will be impossible to answer your question without an address of the property you are looking to buy. Pick a address in those cities where you want to leave or if you have a specific home enter that homes address. We lend nationwide so if you need assistance contact me at ballen@bankofengland1.com or apply online at www.mdmortgaeapp.com
You can look up specific property addresses at this website: http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do?pageAction=sfp&NavKey=property@11 (cut and paste it into your browser)Good luck!
USDA eligible area maps are very specific.. you need an address to know for sure if a property is eligible or not. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Carson, Unfortunately most of Hesperia is not eligible. There is a small pocket west of Topaz Ave and south of Cedar Street that is eligible otherwise you're looking at living on the out skirts of town. Adelanto is eligible so you may have better luck there. | Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains National Bank | http://www.usdamortgageonline.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states
