Hi There, Great question. The only limitations to 1st time home buyer programs would be that if FEMA designates you in a flood plain, you are simply required to have flood insurance. If you have any other specific questions don't hesitate to call or shoot me an email. Thanks!-Chris LockardChristopherlockard@leader1.com913.220.4223

As long as you credit and income qualify the property in a flood plain shouldn't be a problem as long as you can obtain flood insurance. I would be more then happy to help with any of your home financing needs. Feel free to call me at 816-569-1436 or email Marlon.Mitchell@gmos.us
