Have two HARP refinances

Results - Good News! Based on your answers, you may ******. Just checked - have two borrowers that may qualify for a HARP refinance. Both in Queen Creek, Arizona (85242) Loans amount $105K and $168K . One is an elderly female grocery store manager, the other one works with Cisco Technology. Both have high interest rates and are underwater. A few on this site know I work on the other end of the spectrum, saving people homes nationwide from foreclosure or restructuring loans into affordable payments. I cannot help them because they do not show a hardship due to not being late. I belong to several forums, so far I have been impressed with the good information here, aside from a few here "stepping" on other LO's. When they do, it shows how unprofessional they are.
