December 31st, 2015.. yes.. the last day of this year.. it's possible that congress might extend it, but I wouldn't count on it.. because values have increased throughout the country, the HAPR program is being used less frequently.. so there's really no need to extend it.. The official link showing when the HARP program ends says that its December 31st, 2016 you can see that here http://www.harp.gov/About so I would go with that information. As of right now you must apply for the loan before 12/31/2015.
