You might want to call the credit reporting agencies and put a fraud alert on your credit..by doing this, lenders must call and talk to you before any new credit is issued.. this way, if someone is applying for credit in your name, you will be notified by the actual creditor.. this is done at no charge, but you need to contact all 3 bureaus..
