Getting Our Home Back

About 4 years ago my wife and I where having some finance issues, we transferred the titled ( sold ) our home to our close friend. The friend now needs to get rid of the mortgage, however we are below the FHA standards for a home loan. is there anything we can do to not loose our house? by jesseI938 from San Dimas, California. If you're credit scores are below 640, you may have trouble qualifying for an FHA loan. If they are between 620-640, the USDA RD loan program may be a possibility if the property is located in a rural area as defined by the USDA. Google "USDA Rural Development loan property eligibility" to check. If your score is below 620, you'll have trouble qualifying for a loan.

I'm assuming you mean your credit score. ... What is the lowest middle score of all borrowers?
