Foreign Income.......Can I qualify ( good credit)

So I am an American citizen living in Northern California. I have been employed by a Greek firm for the past 5 years and all of my income is wire-transferred directly to my bank account from them. I have good credit and am looking to purchase a home now and I am not sure if this income will qualify me...what can i do? by james3923 from Sacramento, California. Jul 19th 2010 Reply

Yes, you can use that income. We are NATIONAL direct lenders and can have an approval in your hands the same day. Please shoot me an email. Thanks.

What is your down payment for subject property? Please provide specifics and I can take the income question to management.

The short answer is YES. However it is predicated upon whether you file US income taxes. If you file your income with the IRS, as you should since you are a US Citizen than Yes. i am acutally working on a similar loan for a client. I am licensed in CA and would be happy to help you. Thanks

James,This just requires a Letter of Explanation and a little more documentation. I've had several borrowers with your situation, except all documentation was in Chinese. It wasn't Greek to me. .... Happy funding, Rudi
