Hi Jennifer, Yes i just closed one and depending on your area you do not have to worry about a down payment assistance. Typically they can be a pain not to mention losing the home of your dreams waiting for those funds to become available. Feel free to contact me as i can walk you thru all of your options. I will assure you that with my 14 years of experience we can perscribe the right loan that fits you and your needs. 816-309-0054 or you can fill out a secure application on my site and i will promptly follow up with you. http://jmc.lenderama.com/. Have a great day!!

As a first time buyer, there are many programs available to you. Except for USDA rural loans and Veterans with eligibility, there are few "No Down" loan programs available. Many communities have programs that can provide grants for down payment assistance. Contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker, or your community's housing office to see what is available for your situation. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com

The loan programs are many, and I'm sure there are down payment assistance programs in OK.. Contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank, and apply with them.. They will be up to date on all the different lending programs as well as the DPA programs and can find the right loan product for your particular scenario.. WilliamAcres.com
