While you provide a lot of information, realistically, you can't get the official answer without completing a full application, and letting a Loan Officer review your situation. Anything anyone gives here is just a guess. With that said, the quick down and dirty answer is that most people can buy a home about 4 times their yearly income. For for you, that would be around a $400,000 home. For loans in MN, WI, and SD, visit me at www.JoeMetzler.com

Much more info needed to advise you properly.. when it comes to loan pricing, we look at the MID credit score of ALL borrowers.. you provided 1 score, we need to see all 6.. Low DTI means nothing.. we need to know what your minimum monthly "Credit" obligations are.. credit card payments, car loans, student loans (whether in deferment or not, we must account for a payment).. alimony, child support, back taxes payments, etc, etc, etc.,, all are counted against your income.. What kind of property are you looking to purchase? Single family home? Condo? Manufactured home? duplex/triplex/4-plex? Each one of these property types have different pricing and different rules apply.. I could go on, but i'm sure you get it by now.. realistically, it would take a competent loan officer less than 5 minutes to tell you exactly what you would qualify for.. just pick up the phone and call.. I'm a competent loan officer and my primary markets are California and Arizona.. i'd be happy to assist. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
