Try reaching out to a local mortgage banker/broker.. stay away from the big banks and the small credit unions.. they typically don't have the proper training.. they are merely application takers.. not loan officers.. The mortgage banker/broker has access to numerous lending products and they have the experience to look at your specific scenario and find the right loan product to fit you.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / MKS Lending LLC DBA Trusted Lending Center, NMLS 1018196 / AZMB 1414920
