In my experience in 10 years of mortgage lending, I have never seen a lender that would take a property with 2 manufactured homes on the same parcel. Sounds like a portfolio loan to me.
There are no conforming loan products that allow for 2 MFH's on the same lot to be secured with one loan.. It's possible a local lender/credit union/community bank might do something for you, but I'm pretty sure not even a hard money lender would unless they lend solely on the land value..
