financing non warrantable condo, help??
having issues finding financing for a nonwarrantable condo, does anyone offer this? looking in northern CA..credit is 730, stable income as well. by bryanmills8983627 from San Jose, California. Apr 10th 2015

It never hurts to maybe have a second option. Michigan Mutual (Mi Mutual) also has a non warrantable condo program available and has a few offices throughout CA. Contact me if you need help find a Mi Mutual office in CA.
