FHA Refinance

You don't need a special lender, just one who does FHA loans...which is pretty much everybody who's still in business. The streamlined refinance is usually the best option if you're not looking to consolidate any debts, or get cash out, etc.

You don't need a special lender. You may qualify for an FHA Streamlined Refi which would not require income verification or in many cases an appraisal.
