That is always a million dollar question. We have had a post election spike. All the info I am receiving does not indicate that there will be any significant improvement from the levels we are now. Rates will find a new "range" and settle there until data or an event triggers the market to move one way or the other. If you are shopping for a home my opinion would be to do so sooner rather than later.
