When you close the PMI will be set and won't increase. Now will it increase over what you had prior to refinancing - that is another question that can't be determined without more information. Feel free to call or email me anytime - I am in Salt Lake and would be happy to help you out.
It could, or it could go down. It really depends on several factors such as your credit score and/or value of home compared to what you owe.Contact me and I can go over some options with you.

NO.. under a HARP refi.. what ever your monthly premium for MI is now, it will continue at the same rate after the refi... It should not change, although I have seen some loans where there was a slight adjustment, usually less than a couple of dollars, but nothing more than that.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
