Does Freddie Mac have a limit to the # of mortgages you can have when trying to qualify for HARP financing?

You can always refinance your primary residence. Keep that in mind. HARP is a Fannie product by name, but Freddie does have a similar program. It only applies to your primary residence. Call me if you have any questions further. I would love the opportunity to check this out for you. Hope to talk soon.

No Limit. If your loan is backed by Freddie Mac and originated according to their cut off deadline, you should be fine for a refinance. Typically, Fannie & Freddie use 10 Mortgages as their limit.

hi: Is this subject property you are refinancing your primary residence, 2nd home or investment property? HARP has a lot of diff guidelines that must be followed...Freddie does not originate loan so you should consult with a lender like us or your current servicer/lender to see if they have any options for you. Bank lending nationwide..NMLS 754875 (Mike 703 505 5300)
