Does fannie mae allow two addresses on one mortgage?

Not 100% sure what you mean. But I am guessing the property has two homes on it? In that case, no.

Much more info needed to answer your question, But i'm assuming your referring to two parcels, side by side, but you want 1 loan. So if this is the scenario, then the short answer is yes.. it is allowable.. but there are restrictions.. both lots must be adjoined, It cannot have another dwelling on it, Zoning must be exactly the same for both parcels, etc..
