Does anyone do these loans anymore?

Stated Income does not exist anymore. With that said, I would love to hear your situation as most situations can qualify for an FHA loan. We can go up to 50% DTI on FHA. Please email me and I will let you know what you can do. Hope this helps.

It's quite possible you don't need a "stated income" loan. If you are not declaring any income, you may want to revise your taxes to adequately report your income. FHA loans can actually be done with no limit on DTI ratios as long as there is an automated underwriting approval. Use the find a lender tab above to find a loan officer in your area to assist you. Stated income verified asset documentation is available from several portfolio lenders. Even if you find a SIVA, the lender will require you to sign forms that allow them to receive your last two years Federal Tax Transcripts. Basically, a SIVA is used to make the loan process easier and faster. Not to play with income. What you're really looking for is a No-Doc. At this date, no one to my knowledge is offering that product. ... You can use Form 1084, along with Form 1088. Form 1084 allow for several of your taxable deductions to be added back into income for qualification purposes. I have these forms under separate category on my website. www.umboc.com. ..... Happy funding, Rudi
