Assuming your mobile home is a double wide and 1978 or newer and it has an affidavit of affixture, then yes.. there are lenders out there that will lend on this type of real property.. if however your mobile home is not affixed to the property, then it's not real estate.. and you cannot get financing.. you might be able to get financing on the land by itself, but not on the MFH..
