To my knowledge there are not main lenders out there for mobile homes. i would start by contacting your local mortgage broker as they may have more options for this type of lending. That's going to be very difficult to find.. you might want to try lenders who lend on raw land.. a 1971 MH has little to no value.. the loan would be issued on the land's value.. and typically for land financing, you need 30 to 50% down..
