do you do ITIN loans in Las Vegas, NV ?

Loans using ITIN numbers instead of social security numbers popped on the market during the height of the housing boom. They never made any logical sense to me, yet they were available from a small number of lenders. fast forward to today, and I am not aware of them existing anywhere. They were one of the first loans to disappear during as the real estate market crashed, along with stated income, no documentation, and sub-prime loans.

They disappeared with the housing change but I think that if you were to find someone that does foreign national loans in NV they may have an option for you. The other question is why do you want an ITIN loan and not just use your SSN?
