I have not personally heard of them. I think the important thing is the mortgage loan originator that you work with, not necessarily the bank or mortgage company.Find a good mortgage loan originator, and all else will fall into place.
Lorne Harvey gave you some good advice, follow his lead.
With so many lenders out there, i'm pretty sure no one here can advise you on them.. You can look them up on the Better Business Bureau, to see if any complaints have been filed against them. You can also look up the company and the loan officer on the governments Consumer Access NMLS system. Another thing you can try is a google search for reviews for that company.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
