There are a lot of different types of USDA farm loans, and the guidelines are extensive.. you can go to https://www.fsa.usda.gov/programs-and-services/farm-loan-programs/farm-ownership-loans/index and look up which loan might be best for you, or you can try to find a local mortgage consultant for advise.. if you cannot find a USDA mortgage consultant, then try contacting USDA directly and ask for a referral..
