I think you are inquiring about a manufactured home.. In order for a MFH to be "Real Property" the home must be architecturally attached to the ground (that you own) with the wheels and axles removed.. Only then can you get a "Mortgage" on it.. otherwise, you need to find someone who does MFH financing.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
