I do not have great credit but I have a willing cosigner. Their credit is 754. Will I be able to use them if I'm in the market for a jumbo loan and have 20% down? Appreciate advice. by carissaleades7842... from Carson City, Nevada. Jun 25th 2014
Yes. If you have a co-borrower that is qualified and can handle the DTI (debt to income ratio) along with their other expenses.....then the can be a co-borrower with you if YOU also qualify with every other bit of criteria for the loan. Call me today, and I will be more than happy to assist you. You certainly can use a Co-Borrower, but good credit doesn't negate bad/poor credit. You indicated that you do not have "great" credit, but do you know just what your FICO scores are? Your credit may not be as bad as you think. Please feel free to call or email me and we can go through the pre-qualification process. Thanks,Kirk
