Do I qualify for USDA loan?
Hi, I’d like to know if I qualify for a mortgage and what kind of loan should I look into. I earn 90k a year with my current employer and I’ve been here for 10 years. I saw an ad for a rural home in the $100k to $150k range. I have a student loan at $50k and that’s it. My area is ok for a USDA loan, do I qualify? by cgarcia147 from Bonner Springs, Kansas.
