Assuming you qualify based on the May 2009 deadline, use Find a Lender on this website. Make certain that you tell them up-front that you have LPMI so you are not wasting your time. Although it's very simple to refinance under HARP with LPMI, many lenders have chosen not to participate.
Your problem is that you chose to use BofA. There are many investors that will accept the transfer of Lender paid MI. True, it can be a little more complicated, but the truth is the big banks don't want the hassle. All they want are the easy "cookie cutter" deals. If your loan was done before 2009, you can qualify for HARP. We do allow mortgage insurance transfers. Call me to discuss further.Thanks, Simon
If the last loan you had on the property was before June 2009 then you're good call a lender411 loan officer to help you. Having LPMI is not your problem at all and the long can easily be done.

LPMI, in and of itself does not prevent you from refinancing under HARP. With that said, it does present extra challenges. Simple contact a different lender in your area and try again. www.HARP-Refinance-MN.com
