Lenders will use the Mid score of all 3 bureaus, so as long as 2 of 3 of your scores are above 660, you should be ok.. If not, then there are lenders out there that will allow for lower scores, however, you would need more money down to make the numbers work.. it's best you sit down with a local mortgage broker, and let them look at your complete profile.. it takes so much more than a credit score to obtain financing, so by letting them see the whole picture, only then will you know.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Lenders use the middle score.

No, just the middle score. However, you may find that the rate with a score in that range may be awfully high and you are better off with a FHA or other loan option.

No... Mortgage lenders look at all three scores. We toss out the high score, we toss out the loan scores, and everything is based on the middle score. If you only have two scores, the lower score.

No, the lender will use the middle score. So if you had a 620, 660 and 720 they would use the 660.
