The final ownership of this time share is something that you would have to settle in your divorce. You could also choose to liquidate your interest in the time share and then divide the proceeds as part of the divorce settlement. However this would be something you should review in detail with your divorce attorney.

I concur with the answer below. There are several companies out there that can help you liquidate your timeshare. I believe you can post a classified ad on several sites such as WCI and other time share company websites.
