Disabled Vet Discount

I am 12% disabled US Navy Veteran and looking to use my VA benefit to purchase a home. I know there is a VA Fee discount available to me being disabled, but I don't know the percentage to get the discount. Can anyone help with this information? by ReddRover454366 from Banks, Idaho. If you have a military related disability and you receive VA disability payment monthly, then the VA would waive 100% of the VA funding fee.. VA is literally the best type of financing you can get.. especially since the funding fee is waived.. they will go 100% financing, the rates are the lowest and there is no monthly mortgage insurance.. You get the best of everything.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893

Thank you for your service. I LOVE VA LOANS. they are by far the best loan available in the market today. VA loans typically have a funding fee, which most people pay by adding it into their loan. The fee varies based on regular service, reserves, or national guard. It also varies based on first time VA loan, subsequent VA loan, and down payment size (if any). But if you have a VA related disability of 10% or more, the VA funding fee is WAIVED. For VA loans in MN, Wi, or SD, contact me at www.VAMortgageMN.com
