Good Morning! Any new mortgage approval would require all of the necessary elements to be met, including having an adequate credit score. Also, assuming your current financing is FHA Insured, you will need to sell your current property before being eligible for a replacement FHA Insured Loan. I'd speak to a mortgage professional and have a full application processed including credit to see where you stand and what you may need to do in order to get fully pre-approved. Good Luck!
