Denied last year for Harp because my current loan approval date was 6/3/2009. Does this date still disqualify?

Nothing has changed as far as the date which your loan must have been initiated by to qualify, so that date still is not within the qualifying range, but values have gone up substantially since 2009.. It's possible you can refinance without the necessity of HARP.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. That is correct, your loan was originated after 5/31/2009, it is not eligible for HARP.Ryan and William make some good points.

Nancy, who do you currently make your payments to? Sometimes there are other programs internally that will have the same result as a HARP Loan. What is the current balance and estimated value? If you can email me these items I might be able to assist you. Thank you. JMurray@WintrustMortgage.com / 312-526-4065
