A VA IRRRL loan, also known as a streamline refinance is available if you already have an existing VA loan. If your current loan is not a VA loan, you can still refinance into a VA loan... Contact a local VA lender in your area for more assistance. For VA loans in MN, Wi, or SD, contact me at VAMortgageMN.com. NMLS274132

Hi mbalazin799,Unfortunately the IRRRL option is only available for refinancing an existing VA loan. The good news is, you can still refinance your existing loan with a VA loan. In fact, VA will allow to refinance up to 100% of your home's appraised value. That means you pull cash out or even pay off debt.| John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Lending in ALL 50 states |Great Plains Bank | jburke@gpbankTX.net | (877)228-9069 | NMLS# 787231 |
