Just so you know, credit score alone is not going to be the deciding factor for being able to use the HARP Program on a Refinance. Your loan must be eligible, so assuming you've already checked into that, you can take the next step. The rule is that the higher your score, the better pricing you will be eligible for on any new loan. Good Luck!

But now you have to worry about what the lenders guidelines are.. and for most they want to see a 640 or above.. Once they see your complete profile, they will be able to guide you to the right loan product for your particular scenario.
