Are you looking for a commercial lender or the definition of what would make a property fall into the commercial loan bucket verses a residential mortgage? There are properties that can qualify if they are mixed use and multi-unit properties up to 4 units provided owner occupied, there are restriction on square footage ratios between the commercial and residential spaces and also limitations on types of businesses that may be utilized by the commercial space.
