I am not able to find a lender that offers harp 2. I called quickenloans an according to them I meet all the requirements except that they are keeping the cap of 125% LTV and I am probably at 150%. Any ideas where to look for help? My bank (bank atlantic - mortgagequestions.com) is not offering it. Called chase and BofA and both are only refinancing current customers by magabi_229_722 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mar 19th 2012
We are offering it....However, I am not licensed in Florida. I can get you in touch with someone at my bank to assist if you want. Is this your primary residence? Chris
If it's Fannie Mae we can do 150% LTV. We are located in Fort Lauderdale. Call me at 954-449-1767 to discuss further. Stephen McWilliam.
We have over 2 dozens wholesale Banks/Lenders and some of them are honoring the Harp as it was written as unlimited LTV even if it is not their own loan. Call me asap and I will personally handle your loan. 954-274-7725 Ralph Guertin Ralph@absolutelowrates.com
Investors, (lenders) are just now rolling out the details. I would suggest checking back in a week or so. I would recommend using a local Mortgage Banker/Broker rather than one of the big banks or notional lenders. Your local Mortgage Banker/Broker is going to have many more sources to use, and therefore likely to get you a better deal. HARP 2 - Fannie Mae has now released their guidelines. Borrowers are not required to use the current Servicer for the modication refinance. However, not using the current Servicer will result in maximum allowable LTVs; Primary 150%, Second Home 125%, Investment Property 105%. Please contact my office if your property is located anyhwere in Florida and you're seeking to lower your interest rate. Stephen McWilliam 954-449-1767 - SMcWilliam@FloridaStateMortgageGroup.com
