It's unlikely any lender will lend based on 2 major derogatory events in the past 3 1/2 years.. but if anyone would, it would be a local credit union, or possibly a small charter bank.. you would be wasting your time with any major nation wide lenders/banks. Suggest you ask a local credit union. They are likely to be the most flexible but your situation may be pretty difficult to get an approval.
