Please read the reply to your previous posting on this as you are most likely to be successful in working with your credit if you work with a professional who fully understands how credit is scored and what would be most important to correct to bring your score up to an acceptable level. The higher your credit score, the more opportunities for better interest rates and lending opportunities, which includes getting a mortgage, better rate credit cards, and better insurance premiums, to name a few. Good Luck!

I lend down to a 530 middle score. Let's discuss your loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. My name is Jamie and I have been in the mortgage business since 1989. I am happy to answer your mortgage questions, 7 days a week and review your loan scenario. Until then, I look forward to hearing from you. The best thing a Lender can do for someone who has Poor Credit is to help them identify why their credit is poor and point them in the right direction of fixing it. If you want to get a Mortgage Loan with poor credit, your terms will stink and you will still have poor credit haunting you. You can do what ever you want, but I would suggest getting the issues cleaned up that are causing you problems.
