Realistically, you can not get a mortgage loan with bad credit. But how bad is bad? Contact a local mortgage broker in your area and have them review your application and credit. It may be OK enough, it may not.
Everyone's definition of bad credit is different, so for this reason, lenders look at credit scores as a gauge to determine one's eligibility.. without knowing the credit scores and why your score is what it is, it's unlikely anyone here can help.. Try contacting a local mortgage broker and apply with them.. once they see your complete loan profile, only then can they advise you properly.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
