Can the quit claim deed applied for automotive property?
can I use the quit claim deed for a car propoerty under my ex-husbands and my name? I mean My husband and I get divorce and I am looking for an instance to help me to have my name taken away from the car title. He is having the car under his use, not me. Quit claim deeds are used for transferring real estate property title and can not be used for changing car ownership title.
