David, if you're asking if you can use a Power of Attorney for closing, the answer is 'Yes'. If you're the Buyer on the transaction, just make sure to notify your Lender that you will be doing so prior to closing.
Hi David, your question was answered by Cody and just to add to that, you can also use a POA for the Seller's Side of a Transaction as well. You'll need to work with your attorney to prepare the documentation as you will need to designate a person to represent you on the POA and you'll need to have that form notarized. Good Luck!
